Event Refund Policy
The Chamber requires payment in advance for admission to all Chamber events, due to commitments to our vendors. Chamber event fees (regardless of attendance) are refundable only if a cancellation notice is received at least 5 business days prior to the event.
Membership Dues Refund Policy
No refunds with the exception of unique or dire situations then it refunds are at the discretion of the Spencerport Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors. Requests for refunds should be made in writing and sent to Spencerport Area Chamber of Commerce PO Box 7 Spencerport, NY 14559.
